At first I thought it was a little odd that I had to speak with a virtual assistant, but Jewels appeared right away and to my surprise was NOT a robot. Robots are very difficult to work with but Jewels was great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my unit upgrade right there on the spot.
