Okay, let me start by saying I have moved many many times. I have also had storage units for over 25 years and in all sizes, shapes, and locations. This facility in little old Florence is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Not only with the storage units (clean, well lit, safe, 24 hour access), but also in that this location is a U-haul renter. I have rented 10 foot, 15 foot, and 26 foot trucks with ease multiple times from these nice folks in my two years here in Florence. Also, I have taken two 12 foot trailers and a 26 foot truck on one-way adventures. Every time the equipment is ready and the service is super fast. Alex the on-site manager is by far the nicest and most accommodating employee I have ever met at a place like this. It is always a pleasure to go in and see him. Leah, his competent co-worker, is equally as pleasant and adept at getting the job done for the customer with ease. I really can’t speak highly enough about the staff at this fantastic location. I hope if Alex ever leaves this job he would consider working for me, because I know and appreciate the value of an employee that not only cares about the customer’s business but also values the interactions with them as well. Well stocked, honest, considerate and caring sums up this Chisholm road location. They get my highest recommendation.
