I had never rented a storage unit before, and had SO many questions, but Courtney was absolutely amazing! She helped me through every step of the process, and answered all of my questions with professionalism, courtesy, and absolutely wonderful customer service. I am not storing anything that would necessarily be of much value to many people, but it still gave me a great sense of security knowing that she is always on site looking out for my belongings and those of other tenants. She made me feel very confident not only in her abilities in her job, but also in the care and respect that she shows to tenants at Midgard. She was super friendly, a great conversationalist, and definitely set the bar for any future self-storage experiences I may have in the future. She is an absolute gem!

Really nice staff and a rally nice, clean, well maintained facility. Also, have a large selection of UHAUL trucks. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is I think the price for parking a boat or RV on gravel is too high.

Courtney and Leah gave exceptional customer service! They were thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. The facility is clean and will fully meet all your packing, moving and storing needs!!

As a first time mover, Courtney answered every question I had. She helped me have a seamless rental experience, and she was very knowledgeable and even gave some great moving tips! 10/10 would recommend!

If your looking for a unit to rent, I recommend this facility. It was clean and bright, and inside a temperature controlled building . Thanks again ladies for all your help!

The Young ladies that took care of what I needed were very helpful kind and professional. They also got everything ready in a timely manner. I would recommend the facility it is clean and they have temperature control or outside units. I have a temperature unit and am very satisfied. It is also gated.

We sold our house and needed an additional unit but the place we had our other unit had no vacancies then we found Midgard and they hooked us up with what we needed. The unit was clean and accessible pulling a trailer in and out of the property . The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful , thanks again . Pictured is our unit I had just emptied out .

Leah is a great employee! She is very polite and helpful. She deserves a raise! The location is very convenient and Leah was great in helping us out in a last minute situation.

Very convenient location and 24 hour security monitoring. Easy access to enter. Leah, the front desk assistant is super friendly, sweet, helpful, courteous, and was able to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
