I had a good customer service representative, I spoke with a Justine and Tristan . I was able to get my storage unit and a moving truck pretty quick. Had to be internet savy most everything is virtual which does make the process quicker usually however: my key was not in the box so they did call a mgr to come to office to provide us a key. All was good . Good customer virtual service ! Truck was good and storage unit was clean . Overall we had a 5 star rating .
