I needed a storage unit for my valuable high performance sport motorcycle that would be secure and easily accessible. Midgard Self Storage solved that problem. In a nutshell, Manuela (one of the main daytime managers at the front desk) kicked butt. Her no-nonsense approach to customer satisfaction for both me at the counter and those in line needing help was second to none. She explained everything I needed to know in a very concise manner and made sure that I was treated fairly in terms of the cost of the storage unit and the method and structure of the payment. She explained who would be there at the different times that I might arrive to access the motorcycle. She answered any and all questions that I might have had or did have. I am quite satisfied to say the least!

David was very helpful and professional. The unit is clean and in a convenient location.

Crazy busy while we were there and the attendant never missed a beat. Minuaela was on top of everything. Gracious, informative, polite and professional. Reasonable rates. Set some time aside because they will customize your needs and it will take a little longer. This location is awesome but it appears the corporation is having growing pains. (Don't try to find answers on the web site, go to the location for your info). Only downside to this location is it's next to a school. If you're there when parents are picking up or dropping off you could have heartburn getting in and out.

Manueala and staff could NOT BE MORE AMAZING! My wife booked this storage solely because of her connection with Manueala and the instant trust factor. We have has such a hard time with the transition of moving across country, it has been one thing after another. Manueala rocked it and made this part of our move so easy and smooth. We told Manueala we are going to let her boss know they need to double her pay! She is “the gem” that shines in the business. We, as former business owners of 24 years knows just how important a person like Manueala can be. Thanks for making the end of one journey and the beginning of another so amazing.
