A little on the expensive side but it's clean quiet and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. Piece of, just in case, bring large garbage bags 4 when you're moving in and 4 moving out. There is not one garbage can on site unless it's in the office or in the restroom. So be kind and clean up after yourself.

Nice place. Transients roaming around outside but they have very secure fences. Rent is high, but the added security might be worth it.

Absolute great staff, forgot the guys name, but great customer service. Amazing (comparative) storage units. All on the ground plenty of space for vehicles for loading and unloading.

I am new customer to Midgard Self Storage and I just wanted to say I had the best experience renting a storage unit that fits my storage needs. The facility is super clean, the storage unit was exactly what I needed, and the process could not have went smoother. This is w/o a doubt, the most customer friendly storage facility around. Jennifer is beyond amazing, extremly kind & friendly. The facility is veryy clean & well maintained. Also, super safe cuz the police station across the street makes the 24hr access much more likely that there won't be shady ppl hanging about. I've gone to the unit at weird hrs in the middle of the night & never once felt worried; its more peaceful actually! It would be better if the website had a map of the facility with unit#s though, because when i tried to pay my bill for the 1st time, i couldn't remember the unit# at all. 😌 (I'd recc writing the unit# down on the card they give u w/gate code) It'd also be nice to have an idea of what unit you're reserving when doing it online. Overall, location & facility quality helped me make the decision to chose this Apollo blvd Midguard but Jennifer & JJ are also vital reasons why it has good rapport. Thanks for all the help & awesomeness u guys exude!!

Been storing here for about 2 months. I got to say very pleased. Very clean very friendly staff. Love how they have police who check out the area to make it more safe. Just a great and safe place to store your belongings.

Great storage facility great customer service.

Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from but the fact that they’re very few and far between means people obviously don’t understand storage and policies, lol. Jenn & JJ are a great team and are very thorough when explaining those policies. Couldn’t ask for a better pair to run this place. I’ve been a customer for a long time and I’m very satisfied with the turn around over the last year or two.
