Literally saved my entire 6 month stay in Naples.

This review was REALLY CLOSE to being a 1-star review. I had an outdoor space reserved through their booking company. I arrived and my booking somehow fell through and was unavailable. This could have been a MAJOR issue as I am not allowed trailers in my complex. Storage facilities in the entire city up to 20 miles were booked full and I had no alternative. I stopped in and spoke with Alex who was alone on the day after New Year. This guy was a rockstar! Alex was handling several customers at once, took me around the lot and we found a solution. Literally saved my entire 6 month stay in Naples. I can't tell you the hustle Alex showed and level of customer service for each person he was taking care of. At one point, I watched him run from the office to a U-Haul trailer rental to assist the customer.. RAN.. Alex has a willingness to provide customer service to the point where companies could be built around him. Complete asset! Thank you Alex for everything!

I rented a storage unit from Midgard Naples FL. The facility is very clean and the climate controlled building is in excellent condition. This was my best experience!

I used Midgard Self Storage in Naples on Collier Blvd. I rented a U-Haul trailer for two days and returned to the same location. My experience was excellent! The check in and check out went extremely fast. The manager (Sandra) was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It has been a great experience dealing with Samara.

It has been a great experience dealing with Samara. She reserved my space for a later date and then contacted me to confirm. I moved in and immediately decided I needed a larger unit. I asked for the larger unit and she said she would notify me when one became available. In just a day or two Samara called me with a move in date for a larger unit and it was ready as promised. This has by far been my most pleasant storage experience and in the future I will use Midgard because of the professionalism and care of Samara.

Good size units for a great price, however the autolights are going out while still inside the unit is annoying. Also, there aren't any outlets!

I came in a few days ago and was greeted by Samara. Although I didn’t need a storage unit. I rented a truck. The employee was quite busy but was very sweet and apologetic for making me wait.
