Convenient, clean, many sizes, ac available. Only issue is glitch with gate code. Happened 3 times, if office not open you can't get in. The 800 people not able to help. Once office was closed but should have been open, 11AM on weekday.

We met with Clayton and received 5 star customer service! Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he was very patient in answering our many questions. We signed up for a climate controlled unit and found the property to be very well maintained and clean. We've had storage units in the past at other facilities and this one had much wider aisles to drive your vehicle down.

Easy in and easy out and it seems to have security. But went to throw aways a bag of trash and their big trash bibs are locked! Whats up with that? You rent from them and you try and clean up one little wallyworld bag of trash and they don't let you use there cans!!!

I like the unit and the entire setup. However, in my opinion, it is too expensive. But, it is available in the area I need it so I continue to rent the unit. The price has risen at least twice since I initially rented the unit. Will continue because I need it. and no competition in that area.

I absolutely LOVE this location, very convenient location. Prices are kind of high, but this is the BEST storage I've ever had. Site is super clean, office staff are very friendly and always lending a helping hand. Other storage locations I've rented at, you will see clutter or trash somewhere, even nails on the ground. This site is absolutely clean, you always see the employees cleaning the property. This site is very secured, every corner of the property has a camera. Only one way into the property and you have to enter a passcode. One day I tried to go through the gate without using my code and the office manager caught up to me and asked if I had a unit. I really like how secure this location is the fact that he did a security check will definitely make me use this site again for the next time I need storage.

Amazing customer service!
Marlon at Midgard storage made an indescribably awful U-Haul experience so much better. He spent way more time trying to remedy a poor U-Haul situation then I could’ve ever expected or anticipated. He spent more than nine hours trying to remedy a U-Haul truck situation that was not his fault. And in the end, he stayed 2 1/2 hours after he closed to help hook up my car trailer for me. He was kind, and pleasant, and attentive… All the things you could hope for. I would highly recommend Midgard storage for both your storage needs and U-Haul rental needs, as you will not be disappointed. Amazing customer service! Amazing human being!
