Normally, I would probably give them a one star, but since I spoke to this amazing young woman who helped me at the last second, which I wish I could remember her name, that’s why I’m giving five stars. She is the five star! This girl did an amazing job handling the situation. She was very patient with me. She put her lunch on hold and she went out of her way to help me. I will admit, I can’t stand the virtual thing. I would love to have a live person. I think the virtual thing is stupid. I wish for the life of me I can remember this girl’s name. I just know she was out of Georgia.. she put me in contact with Paul so I know Paul knows her. This young lady needs a raise and promotion and some extra vacation time.
