I had a great experience with Melissa who's in charge of this particular site. She was more than accommodating. I got a small unit but after bringing my first load of things, I realized it wasn't big enough. She took my call on a Saturday morning when she was out of town for a wedding, and arranged for me to be able to move to a larger place... that very morning. She didn't it with kindness and efficiency, not an ounce of seeming like she was inconvenienced. I'm not sure how the prices here compare to other places, but the service is worth a few extra dollars (if it is more). As well, the site is clean and well-maintained. I recommend!
