The staff were amazingly helpful. Once I told them I’d be loading my unit myself, they made sure to get me as close to the elevator as possible. When I showed up with Uhaul trailer in tow, James taught me the correct way to back up with a trailer AND he helped me move a heavy piece that I would never have been able to move on my own. A great facility with an even better staff.

James was very helpful and showed me all of the available options. Storage prices have definitely went up since the last time I had used one, but the facility was very clean and easy to negotiate. The climate of the storage is comfortable and the facility seems quite secure. Definitely more than just a hot box to lock up your furniture and extra stuff.

All moving needs in one place. Above and beyond exceptional customer service. They really do take the time to make the moving experience less stressful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

This is a great business in Springfield. Denise and Mr. Sloan care tremendously about the customer experience and made me feel appreciated as a client. Everyone knows how hard moving can be and because of the effort of these 2 people, they made my life easier in the midst of the hell that is moving.
