I had an issue with my acct recently because my rate was changed and I overpaid for December. I should have had a credit to my acct but was asked to pay a regular payment for Jan. I talked with Harold who was awesome! He listened to my complaint and stayed on the phone with me for 35 minutes until it was resolved. I didn't mind the hold time because he did not want me to have to call back or talk to another agent. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He emailed my concern to his higher ups and we waited for an answer together. I was credited some of the money and the late fees were taken off so my act is now good again. Harold is a rock star at his job! I wish there were more customer service ppl out there like him! Thank you Mid Guard and Harold for taking care of me!

I wish I could remember what the sweet woman that worked the front the day I went name was, but if she’s reading this you made my day with how kind you were to me. Found online, called, and found that they were very reasonably priced and centralized in Florence. We met with Michelle and she was very informative as well as an absolute pleasure for customer service. Didn't try to force a sale, but gave insight and advice to what suited our needs. Getting the unit was a fast and easy process that took 10 min to complete. The premises are fenced, gated, and under 24/7 surveillance (via CCTV).
