I rented a unit and then realized I needed a larger unit. I spoke with Linda on the phone and she spent time with me getting things figured out and coming up with a way for me to get refunded for the initial unit and then getting the unit I needed. She was very patient and made sure I was happy. Linda is the type of employee every company needs, and hopes they can find, especially in today’s age where finding people that care and willingly try to make the customer happy is so rare. So far so good. I've been here about a month and a half and the young man that's always working has been very polite and professional. We had a bit of a hiccup when I tried to make my first payment because they do not accept cash as a lot of that it is virtual assistants but we got it figured out. It's always very clean and well kept. Also, the U-Haul rental process was smooth and easy.

Very detailed. Prompt attention. New customer so don't know about safety. However, looks clean, organized, has cameras, security fence, and there is no junk laying around. They double check to be sure all paperwork, including insurance and registration for stored vehicles are correct. They do use a computer screen for office assistance. Kinda cool and easy. So far very happy.
