On the morning of 9/11/2024 at about 9:45am I called Midgard Self Storage Lutz with a simple question. I was expecting to be transferred to another department which I was not looking forward to because of being short on time. I was fortunate to speak with Whitney. She was one of the best representative I have dealt with on the phone in a long time. Whitney had a pleasing personality, patient, and very thorough. I must say my experience with Whitney in taking care of my needs in connection with securing a U-haul truck, right down the securing helpers if I needed it, went far above and beyond what I expected. Not many of us know these things, but Whitney took care of my needs as if they were her own. I give 10 thumbs 👍 up for Whitney, and add that she is an asset to the company that hired her.
