I have visited and worked extensively within most of the Midgard facilities in the surrounding area for the past few years, and this location off Dawsonville Highway is easily their #1 site. Rosie and Frank are awesome! They are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about assisting customers and answering any questions or addressing any issues that arise in a prompt and timely fashion. Rosie and Frank do fantastic work at maintaining the premises; any loose trash and debris is swept clean throughout the day, while at night it is very bright and well-lit, with ample surveillance throughout the grounds, providing a very safe and reassuring feeling when accessing units after business hours. Midgard truly has something really special with this particular facility; hopefully, their corporate office will be able to replicate the magic at most of their surrounding properties... as far as I'm concerned, 2779 Dawsonville Highway is *the* model facility for the entire region; keep up the great work! --Jay

Wendy is a treasure. Every time I’ve spoken with her she has been so helpful and upbeat. She explains things throughly and professionally, answered all my questions. She made getting set up extremely quick and smooth. The facility is super clean and well kept. All of the lighting in the buildings is nice and bright. My monthly price includes insurance on my items and the spot I have is climate controlled, so I think the price is actually pretty good for having those included. There is a 10 dollar surcharge for 24 hour access which I do think isn’t advertised well enough but that’s a corporate decision, no fault to the employees for that. Just mentioning it so people know when they go. Overall great experience so far!

This is my 4th unit over the years. I’ve used them for storage when we sold our house and moved into a camper then moved to a smaller storage when we moved into a small rental house where we needed the furniture. I also have a staging unit for my decor where I soft stage my listings for free!!
