Called looking for a climate controlled unit and although a little smaller than we wanted, within 10 to 15 minutes of making a decision we had access. The customer service representative was friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and explained everything. The unit was clean and the lock was waiting for us inside our unit. We decided we didn't have enough space and were able to go online and rented a smaller drive upunit. That saved us some money. It was a pleasant experience using both methods and I like that the bill can be pro-rated with advance notice if it's not needed.
