I recommend going into the office to get a unit because it is so quick and easy and you will see what you are getting a real deal for a climate control storage unit in a great location. I called on to verify if they had received my notice to vacate my unit. Working in customer service myself, I’m very familiar with the type of experience that companies expect their employees to provide. Additionally, I’m aware of how easily a simple interaction can either go well or unpleasant. As any person should do, I familiarized myself with my contract and what was required depending the scenario. I sent an email December 1st, that stated I would be vaccinating my unit. Unfortunately, the email I sent was not received and so my notice was never acknowledged. Kesha immediately, with no hesitation, said “no problem, we can honor this request.” Without skipping a beat, she immediately confirmed I was good to go. But before ending the call, asked “May I ask why you are leaving us?” Genuinely speaking the price increases were a bit much, and I had actually emptied out most of my belongings from my unit. However, still having some things in storage, Kesha informed me of the price of a smaller unit and even honored the promotions currently running. The easiest phone call I’ve had. And the most informative and kind person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. Please, if you ever have a question or concern regarding your unit, request Kesha as your person! Thank you again!

Nice, convenient location. Good hours for the gate. Very clean facility with A/C. They have carts to help carry your stuff from your car to your unit. There are even clean bathrooms inside the building that houses the units. Great introductory prices but, be prepared for it to jump up quite a bit afterwards. Renting units has jumped up like regular housing rent. It’s no longer as inexpensive as it once was. *Update* The facility is still great & clean. The prices do jump up and have jumped up again. They now also charge you a lock fee because you can no longer use your own. They do work with you when you need to pay late but be prepared for some fees depending on how late you are. One late fee is $100 so try to pay on time. The increase in prices sometimes can make it hard.
