I had an awesome experience today at Midgard Self Storage. I met and spoke with Ms. Lena while I was renting one of their storage units. She made me feel welcomed and she took the time to explain everything to me and she showed me around the facility and the unit I was renting. Excellent customer service.

Brandon is terrific! After a difficult move, he made us feel right at home and helped us settle right in to Midgard! Thanks Brandon for taking care of us! We highly recommend!

I needed a short term storage solution. I called five places in 29585. Midgard came in the mid range in regard to pricing. I chose Midgard because of the location and condition of the facility including the drainage situation of big rain came. The buildings are well elevated, new, clean, and very well climate controlled. I had 24 hour access to get to my things. The front desk folks were kind and honest.

We needed short-term storage between selling and buying beach condo; the staff is excellent and helpful. They made perfect recommendations for what we needed. The unit we had was perfectly cleaned and easily accessible. I would recommend this business highly!

The best part is their employee Theron who helped me locate a unit back when I desperately needed space. He is a true professional and always willing and ready to help! I have experienced nothing but professional and caring service from the staff at the Pawleys Island Midguard Self Storage. Theron has helped me many times when I had a concern or special request. Recently they basically created a space for me to park/store my travel trailer; making it possible for me to relax knowing that my recent investment was secure. Since Midguard took over from the previous owner they have invested in many improvements. In addition to many more available rental units which were badly needed in our area, they have improved video security, improved gate and perimeter security and maintain the property in a clean and safe manner. I apperciate Midguard's efforts to accommodate me and would tell anyone intersted in using them that they can rest assured thier property will be secure and well looked after.

Love the units and the staff Theron and Brandon are the nicest, friendliest and most accommodating staff I’ve ever run into I go I. The office in person to pay bill bill just so I can spend a few minutes with them. Would never move to a different facility!!!
