Last week with the recommendation from neighbors my dad and I got a couple units at this location. Let me start off by saying how nice the place looked. The virtual counter was surprisingly easy. The person on the screen was very friendly. After we finished the rental process we headed over to the lot to find our units where we were greeted by the property manager James who was very polite and did not hesitate to ask us if we needed anything. He offered to show us the locations of our units and assisted with removing the locks . I have to say we had rented storage space in the past with a different company and this experience was a lot better.
