The other day my mother and I were researching different storage facilities to use for additional storage options. When I called I spoke with such an incredible woman named Katie. My child had been fussing in the background during the whole call and she was so patient with understanding all my broken questions and took the time to answer specifics about unit size, the climate control of the facility, and access we would have if we needed to get into a unit. She also boasted about how other employees would be helpful on location if needed. I cannot say I had anywhere near as good as an experience with the other companies I called.
