Rented a U-Haul van today and my experience with Midgard was great. I wish I could say the same for the the U-Haul site which is slow, tedious and I’m never quite sure if it’s actually working. The guy at the counter let us know that next time we can just come in and it will take half the time. 😎 I got the van I ordered and it was cleaned and ready to go at the time I set my reservation. The staff (out and back in) were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Reyanna and Lee are the freaking dream team!! I walked in confused as ever because this was my first solo move and Lee the virtual manager popped up on the screen with bangs for days!! She was very prompt and kind with explaining how to use the QR code to sign in and pick up my vehicle. I then spoke with Reyanna who was an absolute doll, very personable and quick to process my order and share the sweetest pictures of her kiddo while I went through the paperwork and got a full understanding at how serious Uhaul takes it if I don't fill this tank up exactly how I found it 😂 Overall the experience was fantastic, this is a great moment for me since I'm moving into my own place for the first time and these two ladies kept the smile on my face.
