The initial email didn’t contain my gate code but customer service was right on top of it and anything else I needed help with thereafter. Very prompt, both in office and via text, which was very convenient. So far I am very happy with my overall experience.

We have been renting multiple units from here for over a year now, and the facility is wonderful! Very clean and easy to access units, and the staff has gone above and beyond multiple times. Most recently, Robert was a huge help getting us moved out of one unit. His tireless work and professionalism was a real unexpected treat!! Highly recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage unit at Midgard Self Storage. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and security of the facility. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially John. John went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience. He helped me choose the right size unit for my needs and he also answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Great experience today working with Stacey at Midgard (she was subbing in at the Woodstock location). She was very helpful in showing me multiple unit sizes until I found the right one for my needs. She also made sure I had all I needed before leaving - ezpz set up for auto billing and she insisted on making me a fresh cup of coffee before I headed out. Facility is very clean and secure with ample interior lighting. Overall great first impression and great service from Stacey.

I chose Midgard Self Storage from about 5 facilities in short distance from my home. The website had all the details needed to know, pricing was competitive and booking a 10 x 15 unit online was easy. In addition to receive prompt e-mails with confirmation details, codes, etc. Devon called me about 15min later to make sure I had everything needed. My storage unit is clean and has a ceiling light that is useful when coming by at night. Fast forward a week when I did not lock my unit properly by accident after dropping stuff off and John called to let me know. Midgard has done everything right in my book so far.

We just rented some storage from Midgard and the signup process was super easy and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Their storage access is a big benefit. All on the main level and climate controlled. Wry happy to recommend Midgard Storage to anyone here in Alpharetta. Mike and Michele from Milton.
