If I could give anyone more than 5 stars it would be Lee. She was so kind and went above and beyond to help my mom with a check that mid hard was unable to “find”. This review is from the initial process of renting a storage unit. The facility is relatively new and they have a self-service model where you can interact with an agent remotely via a screen and even complete paperwork on a touchpad. Pretty cool. Will wait to see how that works if I ever need on-site live assistance....but so far so good.
