Katie is such an asset to the Midgard Team that cannot be understated! Had an issue that I brought to her last week to get resolved with my unit, and she was attentive, diligent, and got me an answer right away! Thank you Katie, and for all those reading, this place, like any other, will have good and "improvable" qualities, but as far as storage in the Roswell area, go no farther than Midgard on Alph Hwy for the best customer service!

Used this storage facility for 3 1/2 years. Had a great experience. Mangers Katie & Kevin do a great job. Very professional and helpful. Always felt it was safe & secure. Will highly recommend to anyone needing a storage rental space. They were also very helpful when we moved out to relocate out of state.

The other day my mother and I were researching different storage facilities to use for additional storage options. When I called I spoke with such an incredible woman named Katie. My child had been fussing in the background during the whole call and she was so patient with understanding all my broken questions and took the time to answer specifics about unit size, the climate control of the facility, and access we would have if we needed to get into a unit. She also boasted about how other employees would be helpful on location if needed. I cannot say I had anywhere near as good as an experience with the other companies I called. She made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated all the information and kindness she expressed! I definitely recommend this company for it’s excellent customer service!

Dezzi helped me rent storage for my boss. He was so nice and patient! He was able to offer me a good deal that helped me find just what was needed for cleaning out a house to get it ready to sell. Dezzi is very kind and personable and Midgard is a beautiful clean facility!
