I just want to thank Madison for all of her thoughtfulness and kindness, she went above and beyond her duties . We were broke down 3:45 pm for just about 4 hours and they were closing at 5, we didn’t get help until 7 pm and she wouldn’t let us alone. She stayed until we were safely on the road (7:15). He is so great , personality makes me smile every time I speak with him and he always addresses any of my concerns (mainly with the gate that gets stuck open for way too long ).
