He was cleaning and stopped what he was doing to explain to me the process of how to rent a storage unit. He was very polite and professional. I appreciate good customer service. Midgard was great. I recently moved to the area and realized condo life requires some extra space. After going online and researching, Midgard seemed to be the most straight forward with everything disclosed without a bunch of hidden fees. So I headed there and met Linda, who was incredibly helpful, nice, and made the whole experience even better. I would have never thought that starting this process at noon would be done by 3 pm, which included a trip to Goodwill. Hats off to Midgard and big salute to Linda who made the day so much better!
