In a time of crisis the staff at Midguard (Nicole) helped my daughter and I out tremdously. We had to find storage and get moved in a very quick turnaround time. Nicole was helpful in finding the right size unit for our belongings. Walked us through the process and contract so we were not stressed. Finally, she also helped us put on a trailer hitch on my vehicle (I had no clue) and rent a trailer for moving She was a lifesaver for us! Thank you so much. Nicole was great to work with. My only complaint would be the addition charges that are mandated by Midgard. The first example is 9.95 mandatory rental insurance. If you bring your homeowners declaration page you can avoid this fee. Another fee that I didn’t notice until my email confirmation was a 9.95 fee for 24 hour access. What? I just assumed 24 hour access. After all it is surrounded by a fence and has a gate that opens with a keypad. No one is required to be there, however, I like the fact that an employee has a small apartment on the property and seems to provide an additional layer of security.

Nicole and Tabitha were great!! They provided excellent detailed service. Their efforts made the experience better for sure. The facility is also new and very well maintained. The only issue I have is the access and exit pad. You have to exit your vehicle to punch the code in. They need to extend the punch pad so you can stay in your vehicle. When your in a hurry, and especially during a move, getting out and in the vehicle is so annoying. You can also see where everyone has hit the concrete curb trying to reach the pad.
