We had a slight mix up since there are two locations very near each other. I thought I rented at one and had actually rented at the other. The staff was so helpful in getting it sorted out for us. We moved into our new unit and it is so clean and brightly lit. Much better than our old space we had in another town (with a different company.) The on site managers were very helpful and kind too.

Super friendly and prices are reasonable. Seems very well kept and clean. I was worried about the few negative reviews but honestly don’t why there are some bad reviews because of late fees…. Maybe pay your dues on time? Like why do you rate a place based on YOU not paying your rent on time. This place is great and so is the new management. Nicole is awesome!

At first I was very upset with the way things were handled when they bought out my storage company. I’ve been there about 4 years…and always paid via phone and my due date was different before so transitioning wasn’t very smooth from my perspective and paid some fees I didn’t agree with but I think it’s water under bridge now and people at my location are always very pleasant to deal with! And it’s corporate policy so not their fault. As long as you pay on time all should be good!!

The on line registration process is quick and easy. Did it on a 15 minute break at work. Facility is clean, well lit, feels safe and secure. Prices are quite reasonable. Nicole has been absolutely fantastic!
