Midgard is fantastic. I’ve been with this facility since 2017, and I have nothing but great things to say! Amazing staff that takes great care of the tenants and your belongings are ALWAYS secure! Ask for Harold, he is the best! He offers new customer specials too with rate discounts for NEW tenants and new customer specials! Unit Access and Hours- Access is a breeze, with 24/7 online account management, in person safe and secure 24/7 unit access with automated entry code! Never worry about pests, bad customer service with Midgard! You’ll also NEVER lose a key or forget a combination again! As for the facility itself - Unit pricing is reasonable and very competitive for the area - they are also professionals that take great care of your belongings with standard and indoor climate controlled units that are clean, accessible and pest free- bonus your rental can also be fully insured! (Oh and they have RV and trailer rental spaces too)

Their excuse was that it is the going price in that market. I went down the street and found a different competitor for $147.00 a month.
