Today I contacted Midgard through their website and received a text response that set up a chain of events that was not what I asked. And that's where Justine came in! She saw the unusual interaction, and called me to see precisely what I needed, promptly verified that the proper action had been taken, and then noticed that my very generalized online inquiry had triggered an unasked for "we'd like to vacate" notice on our 2nd unit. Justine fixed that, too - all while making sure our contact info and leases were updated. In short, Justine went above and beyond ANY of my previous interactions with Midgard.

I have three storage units at the Roswell/Alpharetta Street location. I spoke with Tim today regarding the new Davinci locks they have incorporated to each unit as a higher measure of ease and safety for us tenants; the lock system is on an app for easy access, and the locks can't be cut. Tim walked me through setting everything up and helped me with assessing my homeowner's insurance as coverage for my units. Tim was so very knowledgeable and helpful, and of most importance to me he was kind and eager to be helpful. I have been a tenant for near 5 years and prior staff was not so kind and helpful - SO Tim was a welcome experience!! I have never had any problems with my units over the years storing at Midguard - which says a ton! I highly recommend Midguard! Thank you, Tim!!

Rihanna at Midgard Storage was a lifesaver! On a day when the elevators were down—and we needed to get equipment out for an important event—she went above and beyond to help us. She was patient, resourceful, and even helped us haul equipment out of the elevators herself. The support from Tom at corporate was also phenomenal and made a huge difference in resolving the issue. We’re so grateful for Rihanna and the team’s help—they turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend!

Steve was amazing! He gave great customer service and I appreciate his help with my five units so much!! Thank you again for your help. I’ve rented since 2018 and I’m still renting here. Thanks for making it possible Steve.
